Chelsea Corley

Chelsea is the founder of Kinexology, and a certified Romana’s Pilates instructor with more than ten years of experience teaching students of all levels. She has particular expertise working with individuals who have complicated physical injuries, neurological impairments, and motor control dysfunctions, and is known for her unique approach to teaching which incorporates motor learning and control concepts to create sessions that are truly unique to each individual. Her sessions promote skill learning and development to help clients become more autonomous in their practice and achieve results that transfer to improve their movement outside of the studio. Olivia Bioni

Olivia is a dedicated teacher of movement whose passion for teaching Pilates stems from her own experience as a Pilates student in a class that left her completely humbled and yearning to figure it out. She specializes in introducing Pilates to brand new students, and is known for creating a fun and supportive environment in which students who are unsure of themselves can confidently gain strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence. Her approach is highly collaborative and focused on building skills to master new exercises. She completed her contemporary training and certification through Chaturanga Holistic Fitness, and holds additional certifications in pre-and post-natal Pilates, Yoga, Barre, TRX, Triggerpoint Foam Rolling and Trauma Informed Pilates Approach.
