The Studio
The Kinexology Studio is a Classical Pilates studio with a scientific twist.
Programming is not one size fits all, nor based on choreography.
Your workout is created and adapted through all of your stages of skill learning, meaning you will see lasting progress and results.
Kinexology is a place of inclusion where all bodies are honored and taken care of in the studio by using Motor Learning and Control science to specifically tailor each individual’s workout. We care how your body feels.
We want you to be able to achieve all of your goals outside the studio, which is why we utilize motor learning concepts to elevate the Pilates method that we know and love!
All Kinexology Studio teachers are graduates of our Kinexology Method courses, and will tailor your workout using these research-based methodologies while keeping your workout fun, challenging and safe!
