How do I purchase a package of sessions?

To purchase a Pilates package please head over to kinexology.com, hover over the “Studio” tab and select “Existing Clients” then “Purchase Your Sessions” 

For new clients, hover over the “Studio” tab and select “New Clients” then “Purchase an Intro Package” 

Sessions cannot be purchased via the Acuity Scheduling Client App. Please use our website to purchase packages and classes.


How do I redeem a purchased package?

To redeem sessions when booking a class, or an appointment, you must use the certificate code from your emailed receipt. This code is what you will use to redeem your purchased package when booking. Or you can use the email associated with the account or purchase and the code should appear when you redeem your session.

How do I create a client account?

When you book a session there is a button that says “Register Account”. We recommend you do this as we cannot create an account for you. With your account you can then access the codes for packages to apply to future sessions, cancel/reschedule sessions, and keep track of how many sessions you have remaining on your packages.

You will enter the email address you want to use and receive notifications for and create a password. Then you are all set and these will be the credentials you will use when you need to login to your account.

Is there an app?


You can download the Acuity Scheduling Client App on the App store to access your sessions and schedule classes. 

How to get the app

You can find the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or they can scan a QR code on the appointment confirmation page.

How to add Kinexology business

Clients who've downloaded the Acuity Scheduling app can add your business by entering your scheduling URL or by scanning a QR code.

To add your business through a link, clients will:

  • From the app home screen, tap +.

  • Tap the Business Scheduling URL field and enter your business’ scheduling URL.

  • Tap Add Business.

To add KInexology  business through the QR code, clients will:

  • Book an appointment and get to the confirmation page.

  • From the app home screen tap +.

  • Tap Scan QR Code and, if needed, allow Acuity to access their device's camera.

  • Scan the QR code.

Clients can book directly through the app. From the app home screen, tap on Kinexology business’ name. The app opens the scheduler, and you will  book appointments exactly as you do when booking through a website.


How do I log into my account?

After you have created an account you are able to log in to your account on any page that you are scheduling an appointment. You will see a link that says “Returning? Log in.”

You can access this on our Website under Existing Clients--Manage My Account. 

Or you can login to your account via the Acuity Scheduling Client App from the app store.



How do I book a Pilates session?

To book a Pilates session on our website you will go to the Studio tab then to “Existing Clients” then to “Schedule Your Session”. Select either Kinexology Pilates Teacher (Olivia, Paige and Meg) or Kinexology Master Pilates Teacher (Chelsea). This will take you to our respective calendars. Remember to have your certificate code on hand if you have a package or the email you used to purchase a package. 

You can also log into your account if you created one at the top of the scheduling page where it says “Registered? Log in”

Or you can use the Acuity Scheduling Client App. If you do not have the app and want to instructions on how to download and use the app please see the FAQ #4 “Is there an app?”.

Can I book with any instructor?

Yes! Please note that there are different rates for working with Chelsea and the rest of the Kinexology Team. Master Kinexology Packages can only be used with Chelsea. General Kinexology Packages can be applied to sessions with Olivia, Paige or Meg. 



I need to cancel my Pilates session. What steps do I need to take?

You can cancel your Pilates session up to 24 hours before the session date and time with no penalty. Cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be forfeited/deducted from your session balance.  

You can do this through your reminder email at the bottom of the email where the button says “change/cancel appointment”

Or you can log into your account by heading to our website by going to the Studio Tab— Existing Client— Manage your sessions—How to cancel your session.

Or if you are using the Acuity Scheduling Client App you can cancel your session through the app as well.

To cancel a Pilates session within 24 hours of your session

Please contact your instructor directly if you need to cancel your session within the 24 hour period. olivia@kinexology.com or chelsea@kinexology.com 

However, due to the 24 hour cancellation policy, your session will be deducted from your package.



How do I reschedule a Pilates session?

If you are trying to reschedule an appointment you can do so before the 24 hour cancellation period by using the button at the bottom from your reminder email where is says “change/cancel”

Or you may log into your account if you created an account by heading to our website go to the Studio Tab, Select “Existing Client”, Manage your sessions, how to reschedule your appointment and you will be able to do so by logging into your account.

Or you can use the Acuity Scheduling Client app to reschedule your appointment.

Can I book a Pilates session the same day?

Yes, you can book a session at least 6 hours in advance of the expected session start time.
